KTF Systems is a 13 year old company. It was established
in 1990 to undertake microcomputer related business.
Over, the years KTF Systems has established a name for
itself in the local market by offering quality products
and services to its customers. KTF systems' customers
are from small and medium sized businesses as well as
from the corporate and financial sectors. KTF Systems'
office is located in Karachi (808 8th Floor, Park Avenue
24-A, Block 6, P.E.C.H.S., Karachi- 75400) with coordination
offices in Lahore and Islamabad.
Services offered by m Systems include Interior designing,
civil works, furniture designing and supply. These are
in addition to sales, support, repair of hardware, annual
maintenance con- tracts (with and without parts) and
software items, network designing and network cabling
which by and large are offered by a number of other
IT vendors in Pakistan. In essence m Systems is capable
of and has undertaken in the past projects which are
turn-key in the true sense. These projects involved
interior designing, limited civil works, furniture designing
and supply, networking, and hardware supply and installation.
Scope of worl that falls outside the IT arena is essentially
sub-contracted to our tried and tested contractors.
However full responsibility of the project as well as
supervision lies with KTF Systems
KTF Systems' strength lies in its ability to provide
quality service and support to its customers and meet
and exceed its commitments. In addition their ability
to find and source hard to find IT related speciality
items from across the globe has earned them praise from
a number of customers in corporate sector.
KTF Systems' in Karachi has a total staff strength
of 23 persons. Out of this 13 are dedicated and professional
support personnel in hardware and software departments.
Three persons cater to sales and the rest are senior
management, office admin and support staff members.
First line support to KTF Systems' customers in Lahore
in provided by our coordination office M/s Comtech whose
office is located at 1st Floor, 88-Main Boulevard, Cavalry
Grounds, Lahore Cantt. Similarly first line support
in Islamabad is offered through M/s Jin Technologies
located at Level 3, Evecuee Trust Complex, Aga Khan
Road, F-5/1, Islamabad. First line support includes
preventive servicing, installation of backup equipment,
shipping of faulty equipment to Karachi, etc. All component
level repairs are only undertaken by karachi office.
